We're working hard here at Harbour Town to make your shopping experience even easier by installing a new set of escalators and customer lift. 

Harbour Town Perth currently utilizes one set of escalators, located on the eastern wing of the centre.  Escalators are an effective and efficient means of customer guidance and circulation between floors of a shopping centre.  Those who experience difficulty using stairs are able to traverse with ease and in relative comfort when using an escalator.  

A new set of escalators will be installed in the Western quadrant of the centre, encompassing the mall space adjacent to The Coffee Club, Forever New and Williams on the Ground Floor.  The escalators will travel through the pre-existing circular void, and land in the vicinity of Cotton On Kids, Bookstars and Australian Clearance on Level One.  The customer lift will be installed adjacent to the western stairwell within viewing distance of the new escalators. It will land near Factorie on Level One.

Building works will generally be undertaken during normal business hours, with the work area hoarded off from public view to allow the continued operation of the centre, so you can still enjoy shopping at all of your favourite stores.  Noisy and dusty works that may cause disruption to normal services will be undertaken outside of trading hours, to minimise discomfort and inconvenience.
