Burger Edge – one of Australia’s fastest growing gourmet burger franchise systems – has just opened its third WA store, setting up shop at  Harbour Town.

The Burger Edge menu caters for meat lovers and vegetarians and features catchy names like ‘The Okker’, the tandoori-flavoured ‘Bombay Bash’, the fiery jalapeno-laden ‘Chilli Chick’, and the vege-friendly ‘Thai Princess’.
The store is located on the ground floor of Harbour Town on the city side of the outdoor shopping complex and features alfresco dining as well as 110 square metres of internal floor space including an open-plan dining room.
Burger Edge spokesperson and Franchisor Issam Soubjaki said:  “We are very excited about the steady and strong growth of Burger Edge stores across Perth. The Harbour Town store represents a new generation of outlets positioned in high density urban precincts catering to discerning customers looking for something different”.
Harbour Town marketing manager Helen Smith welcomed Burger Edge to the centre’s dining options.
