The Harbour Town Gift Card can be redeemed at Harbour Town stores including outlets, specialty stores and selected cafes and restaurants.  Gift Cards can be purchased from the Tourism & Customer Service Lounge and are valid for 12 months.

Gift Cards are not currently redeemable at Ispa Kebabs, Harbour Town Noodle Inn, Pure and Natural Diners, Harbour Town Bakery, Harbour Town Clothing Alterations, Croissant Express, Nemen's Turkish Gozleme, Rivers, Oakley.

Terms and Conditions of Use

 
This gift card is issued by Harbour Town Centre Management Pty Ltd, ABN 21 001 302 610.

By purchasing, redeeming or attempting to redeem a gift card you are deemed to accept these terms and conditions.

Treat this gift card like cash. Defaced, mutilated, altered, lost or stolen gift cards will not be replaced, refunded or redeemed (except where the gift card is faulty or damaged as a result of the fault of us, our employees, contractors, agents or a participating retailer authorised by us to accept payment using the gift card).

This gift card is:

- Redeemable for goods or services [at participating stores in Australia only] and not for the purchase of other gift cards, or for purchases made online, or by email, phone or fax;
- Not redeemable for cash, cannot be cancelled and cannot be used for payment of credit or retailer accounts;
- Valid for 12 months from the date of issue and must be redeemed before the expiry date which is displayed on gift card;
- Will be void and not redeemable after the expiry date irrespective of the amount remaining on the gift card;
- Cannot be reloaded;
- Is partially redeemable. The store is not obliged to accept the use of this gift card on a sale of under $10

It is up to you to use the full value before the expiry date. Cash will not be given for any unused balance.

Unused balance on expiry of this gift card will not be refunded or credited.

If purchase exceeds available gift card balance, you must make up the difference with another payment method.

You are liable for all transactions on your gift card except to the extent to which there has been fraud or negligence by us or any of our employees.
Goods and services purchased using the gift card can only be exchanged or refunded in accordance with the law and the exchange and returns policy of the participating retailer.  Any concerns about goods or services purchased using the gift card must be addressed to the retailer that sold you the goods or services.

We reserve the right to change any terms contained in these Terms of Use at any time, including removing and adding participating retailers where you may redeem the gift card.
